Somebody is Turning FOUR!

a step out of my shadow,
one step to be a man of his own.


from lying on his back, to standing on his own two feet.

then :
hungry, he cries.
tired, he sleeps.

now :
says 'please', 'thank you' and 'welcome'.
says 'alhamdulillah' when he burps.
and 'excuse me' when he farts!
wishes 'good morning' and 'good night'.
and greets 'hello, my name is khaleef' when someone is in sight!

oh, and he's reading dr. seuss's 'the cat in the hat'!


tomorrow is your birthday, dude! celebrate!
