i really wanted to take a LOT of shots of the big brothers khaleef and kahfi with lil bro kazim, but currently kahfi is having flu and is being a HUGE mr. cranky pants. so that has to wait.
in the meantime, here's a bit of our new member of the kay klan - kazim!
- hates to sleep in the crib since the day he came home
- been sleeping on the bed right next to me
- sleeping pattern still makes me sane - he sleeps for long hours both in the daytime and night. great for mak!
- tali pusat dah jatuh on the 5th day!
- i'm still iffy in bathing him. he's so tiny! mr. khairul's mom has been doing that since day three when she came
- been breastfeeding well and hopefully for as long as i can
- one day while breastfeeding him, i spoke a little too loud at khaleef who was running out of the room, "khaleef! don't run! walk, please!" then kazim buat muka jebik and started whimpering macam merajuk nak nangis. amboi, dah pandai terasa!
- khaleef calls him 'kajiiiim', while kahfi calls him 'beh, beh', as in 'bebeh' kot hihi
a friend asked me, what the heck is that white thingy doin on your son's head? petua orang tua, when a baby has hiccups, put a tiny damp tissue/lil part of a cotton ball and place it on the baby's head (right on top of a soft spot on the baby's head). the hiccup will soon go away!
here's to another healthy week for kazim, and many, many, MANY more to come!

ala cutie Kay-Kazim..yang kelakar tu boleh jadi moden kan petua tu letak tisu, from originally cebisan kain n ada orang cakap cebisan tikar (ala-ala tikar mengkunag tu).
Nurse pun soh i letak tisu cam Kazim tu time 1 nite Dhani di ward and hiccups.

hahah ica...the secret is...my mom in law is here la haha..when she goes back br la stat my chaotic life hihi. masa tu tgk la i bole blog daily ke tak......
some ppl, when baby sleeps, dia pun senang tido skali, but i cannot! i bukan jenis letak kepala kat bantal terus tido! hihi - so when kazim sleeps, i blog! ;)
itu la, bila baby hiccups, kita buh tisu tepek kat dahi. till now, kaka rin masih tercari2 mana releven dia. but it works!kalau dak kesian dgr baby hiccups.
kan, kak arin? mmg sungguh berkesan! sbb ade soft spot kat atas kepala tu...sejuk air tu serap ke situ kot hihi
and according to my sister's mak bidan...when we put the white wet cotton on baby's forehead...the coldness of the wet tissue will change the baby's breathing pattern...so, baby can handle hiccups well..wallahu'alam..petua org2 tua ;)

ala syigim..lama tak jenguk sini..wah baby dah pop out ye..comeynye dan sedap nama dia :)kiss2 dari auntie ye..mmuaaaah!
oppss..ade petua sy dgr dari kwn, mak dia letak celak kat mata baby utk elakkan kuning..tak tau sejauh mana kebenarannya tapi my mak bidan letak celak kat ekning e-ein supaya kening terbentuk elok..lepas celak tu dah beransur pudar, i tak berani nak lukiskan semula kang senget lak hehehe
Knur selalu jugak letak tisu kat kepala anak. mmg betul boleh hilangkan hiccups. comel la Kazim.

yg penah dgr org tua2 kata jgn guna baju baby kaler kuning, atau cadar/tilam/blanket baby warna kuning utk elak matakuning. adoiii!! dah la my fav kaler yellow! hihi..
